By accessing or using SirHENRY ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
SirHENRY is an AI-powered financial planning tool designed to help users organize, visualize, and analyze their personal financial data. The Service provides informational tools including budgeting, tax estimation, retirement projections, portfolio analysis, insurance gap analysis, and AI-assisted financial conversation.
The Service operates on a local-first architecture. Your financial data is stored locally on your device in a SQLite database and is not centralized on our servers.
This is the most important section of these terms. Please read it carefully.
SirHENRY is not a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), an Enrolled Agent (EA), a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a licensed insurance agent, a broker-dealer, or any other type of licensed financial professional. SirHENRY does not hold any financial licenses or registrations and does not serve in a fiduciary capacity.
All information, analysis, projections, recommendations, strategies, and AI-generated responses provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute and should not be construed as professional financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, legal advice, insurance advice, or any other form of professional counsel.
You should always consult with qualified, licensed professionals — including but not limited to a CPA, Enrolled Agent, or tax attorney for tax matters; a Registered Investment Advisor or Certified Financial Planner for investment and financial planning matters; and a licensed insurance agent for insurance matters — before making any financial decisions based on information provided by the Service.
Tax estimates, retirement projections, portfolio rebalancing suggestions, insurance gap analyses, scenario affordability assessments, and all other outputs are approximations based on the data you provide and general assumptions. They may not reflect your complete financial situation, and they should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision.
The Service uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate analysis, suggestions, and conversational responses. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. It is not a substitute for professional judgment.
You acknowledge that AI-generated content is produced by a machine learning model and should be independently verified before being acted upon. Henry Financial, Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the financial data you enter into the Service. The quality of the Service's analysis depends directly on the data you provide. Inaccurate or incomplete data will produce inaccurate results.
You own your data. Because the Service uses a local-first architecture, your financial data is stored on your device. You may delete your data at any time by removing the local database. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how your data is handled.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Henry Financial, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or financial losses, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
Without limiting the foregoing, Henry Financial, Inc. shall not be liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information, analysis, projections, or recommendations provided by the Service, including AI-generated content. You acknowledge that you use the Service and act on its outputs at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
Henry Financial, Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components; that any data, projections, or analysis will be accurate or complete; or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.
The SirHENRY name, branding, logo, design, and software code are the property of Henry Financial, Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. You may stop using the Service and delete your local data at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
